Étienne FAGOT
ASBA artist – Le Môme
Étienne Fagot discovered the drums at the age of 10 and has never stopped playing since. As the drummer for Le Môme since 2021, he has developed a rock-driven, instinctive, and organic style at the crossroads of genres.
At the age of just 10, Étienne Fagot discovered the drums—and he has never looked back since. Very quickly, he began playing in different bands, multiplying live experiences and collaborations, always driven by a deep desire to play and share music with others. These formative years on stage allowed him to strengthen his playing, sharpen his ear, and shape a personal rhythmic identity.
In 2021, Étienne joined the world of Le Môme (Excuse My French). This collaboration marked a true turning point in his journey. Alongside the artist, he refined his live arranging skills—an aspect of his work he particularly enjoys—and found a rare sense of freedom. On stage, he brings a raw, organic energy that goes beyond the studio versions while always staying true to the essence of the songs.
While rock remains his main language, Étienne’s drumming is enriched by a wide range of influences: the power of metal, the pulse of rap, and the richness of classical music. This openness allows him to craft original, tailor-made parts that elevate each track without ever betraying its spirit.
With a playing style that is both precise and instinctive, Étienne has established himself as a distinctive drummer—an artist in constant evolution, standing at the crossroads of genres and aesthetics.
“Joining ASBA was a natural choice. Beyond the sound, there’s a real pride in representing a French, artisanal, human-sized brand whose craftsmanship and authenticity resonate in every stroke.”
