Rive Gauche Steampunk
The ultra-customizable snare!
Our instrument builders wanted to take customization to the very last detail.
They took as their base our left bank range (snare in 14x8), composed of maple and poplar plies. They then applied this Phénix Brown stain to contrast with the maple pattern. They continued by “boosting” the snare with these magnificent custom-molded circles. The final detail is the Remo Ebony skin, which completes the look straight out of a science fiction movie.
Ebène Blanc
Let the wood express itself.
Here, there's no need for stain: white ebony speaks for itself with its contrasting lines. A unique model that quickly found an owner.
All the expertise of our instrument makers in a 7-ply snare: white ebony, maple x2, red tulipwood, maple x3. Made in 14 “x7”, its great versatility means it can be used for all purposes, while remaining the main piece.
Cool Chêne
A snare drum that slams!
Oak, known for its high density, produces a precise, snapping sound. A simple Phénix Brown finish (black and brown gradient) enhances the subtle details of the outer fold.
This shallow snare drum (14 “x5.5”) will accompany you on all your recording sessions, and will follow you everywhere thanks to its reduced weight and depth.
FGC Signature
To celebrate the return of ASBA, the brand teamed up with Nicolas Muller of French Grip Channel to design an uncompromising snare drum.
The Renaissance had to be beautiful, powerful, balanced, versatile, refined, and above all, made in Lyon by ASBA drum makers.
Pink Lady
A gorgeous Simone all dressed in pink!
We're having a hard time letting go of her at the workshop, but her new owner can't wait to play her.

Glossy Brown
6 plies of walnut, one ply of ash, 14 “x7”, here's the first snare with a glossy finish. A lot of hard work by our drum makers to achieve the perfect result!
ASBA Leaves
Beautiful by nature!
This snare drum, made from maple and tulipwood (green outer ply), is a perfect example of the craftsmanship of Benjamin and Jean-Marc (our two instrument makers).
They glued a fold to an existing snare to give it that plant-like appearance. The outer fold is made of tulipwood, but the latter is dyed in the mass. Close to the sound of a full maple snare, this snare has great versatility and can be adapted to all playing styles!
Collection Capelle
A moment of history.
When we received a phone call from Rémi explaining that he had in his possession the stock of wood belonging to the Capelle brand, our eyes quickly moistened.
Just imagine! To be able to obtain wood that was sometimes over 40 years old, and what's more, that had belonged to one of France's finest drum brands. We were like children.
So here's an exclusive 100% Wenge snare made in our Lyon workshop, but with Capelle folds!
Custom Serge Puchol
Gothic Purple epoxy-painted stainless steel in 13 “x4.5”.
Another beautiful story: the students of the Puchol Academy offer this magnificent snare to our friend Serge Puchol. He has dedicated his life to sharing his knowledge, and today continues to pass it on with the same passion.
Custom Ebene
Our friend Benjamin has once again created a snare that is unique in the world.
Here's the custom Ebony one-of-a-kind model in 14 "x6" Made of one ply ebony, 5 ply walnut and one ply flamed ash. Double shell assembly, over a week's work on the body alone, in short, a jewel!
Phénix Red
Here's a Simone (6 ply US maple) with a custom Phénix Red finish.
A special drum set for us, as it will be given to a great little guy for Christmas! . "I'd love to have the same one under the Christmas tree as well", Thomas told us... Whether he was wise enough remains to be seen!
Hélène
This is “Hélène”, a 14 “x8” snare drum made of 7 plies. 1 ply flamed ash, 2 ply elm, 1 ply walnut, 2 ply elm and a final ply flamed ash.
Following in the tradition of naming models after women, Benjamin here declares his love for making unique instruments...
... But also for the woman who has been with him all his life, and who has always supported us in this fantastic project.
Hypersensible
Simone, how beautiful you are!
Super Simone custom drums with diamond rhodoid inlay. Dimensions 22" 10" 12" 16", once again, congratulations from the workshop.

Custom Revelation
Usually finished in Rhodoid, this Revelation drum kit was stripped of its evening wear and finally unveiled in its simplest form.
We spent some time in the workshop, hovering around the kit to watch the wood grain move with the light. It's quite mesmerizing!
